About these terms

These terms govern your use of Farosio (farosio.com), a platform operated by Nitin Gupta. By registering an account or submitting a brand profile, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including brand owners who register profiles and visitors who view public profiles.

What Farosio does

Farosio is a structured data publishing platform. It allows brand owners to create a public profile page containing Schema.org-formatted information about their brand. That information is published at a public URL and is readable by search engines, crawlers, AI systems, media, investors, partners, and other profile visitors.

Farosio may take discovery steps to help approved public profiles be found by participating search engines or similar discovery systems. Farosio is not an SEO agency, advertising platform, investment adviser, verification bureau, or AI tool. It is a structured data publishing service.

Eligibility

You may use Farosio if you are a legal adult (18 years or older) in your country of residence, or an authorized representative of a legally existing organization. You may register a profile only for a brand you own or are authorized to represent.

Account registration

When you register, you provide an email address and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Farosio uses Google OAuth for authentication. Your use of Google's authentication service is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

You may hold one account per person. Registering multiple accounts for the same individual is not permitted. Creating an account or submitting onboarding information does not guarantee that a brand profile will be accepted, published, or kept live.

Your responsibilities

When you submit information to your brand profile, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you own or are authorized to represent the brand described, that you own or have the right to use any logos or images you upload, that the submitted information does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, and that the submitted information does not contain false, misleading, or defamatory statements about any person or organization.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and continued currency of the information in your profile. Except for the limited review and status checks described in these terms, Farosio does not independently verify submitted information and is not responsible for losses or disputes caused by inaccurate, outdated, unauthorized, or misleading submissions.

If you choose a language for the Farosio interface or public profile labels, that setting changes Farosio's own labels and operational messages. It does not translate, rewrite, or validate the brand content you submit. You are responsible for submitting public-facing brand content in the language you want visitors, media, investors, search engines, and AI systems to read.

Domain and verification status

Farosio may allow website domains to be reviewed manually or verified through a DNS TXT record. DNS verification indicates that the account was able to place or maintain a required TXT record for the submitted domain at the time of checking. Manual domain approval indicates that Farosio reviewed the submitted domain for basic consistency with the brand profile.

Domain verification does not prove legal ownership of the brand, trademark rights, professional licensing, product quality, service quality, safety, financial condition, regulatory compliance, or the truth of other profile claims. Farosio may later change, revoke, reject, or re-review a domain status if the website changes, the domain appears to be misused, or a dispute is reported.

Content license

By submitting information to Farosio, you grant Farosio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process the submitted information, review it, publish approved information on your public profile page, format it as structured data (Schema.org JSON-LD), serve it to web crawlers and visitors, notify participating discovery systems about published or updated profile URLs, and display your brand name and logo in connection with your profile.

This license continues as long as your profile is live or as otherwise needed for the limited operational, legal, security, dispute, audit, and enforcement purposes described in the Privacy policy. You retain ownership of the content you submit.

No visibility guarantee

Farosio does not guarantee that your profile will be crawled or indexed by any search engine or AI system, that your brand will be cited or recommended by any AI system, that your AI Signal Score will increase by any particular amount or within any timeframe, or that structured data published on Farosio will be interpreted correctly by any external system.

Farosio may notify participating search engines or similar discovery systems when a profile is published or updated, but has no control over how external systems respond. No communication from Farosio constitutes a guarantee of indexing, ranking, recommendation, traffic, revenue, investment interest, media coverage, or any other specific outcome.

Public profiles

Published profiles are public and may be viewed, copied, indexed, cached, quoted, summarized, or processed by third-party search engines, AI systems, directories, crawlers, archives, media, investors, partners, and other visitors. Removing a profile from Farosio does not guarantee removal from third-party systems or people that already accessed, copied, indexed, cached, summarized, screenshotted, or otherwise stored it.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Farosio to register a profile for a brand you do not own or are not authorized to represent, submit false or fabricated information, impersonate another brand or person, submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, scrape or systematically extract data from Farosio for use in competing products, attempt to manipulate AI systems by submitting misleading structured data, or use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.

Review and moderation

Farosio may review any onboarding submission, profile, profile item, update, or account before or after publication, decline to publish or remove a profile that violates these terms or the Content policy, restrict a public profile while preserving the account record and review history, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

If a new brand onboarding submission is rejected, Farosio may close the submission and remove the active product record. The brand owner may need to start a fresh registration. If an item on an existing live profile is rejected, Farosio may allow the brand owner to correct that item and resubmit it for review. Reinstatement or approval is not guaranteed.

If you believe a Farosio review decision about your own submitted brand profile was incorrect, you may appeal by emailing review@farosio.com with the reference code from your review email and a brief explanation.

Reports and disputes

If you believe a profile uses your trademark, personal data, or brand identity without authorization, use the Privacy and profile requests form. Farosio may ask for evidence before removing, transferring, or changing profile ownership, and may decline requests it cannot reasonably verify.

Reports about inaccurate, misleading, infringing, abusive, or suspicious public profile content may also be sent to reports@farosio.com. This reporting channel is separate from review appeals by brand owners.

Limitation of liability

Farosio is provided as an early-stage service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farosio is not liable for any inaccuracy in a brand profile, rejected submission, delayed review, removal decision, failure of third-party systems to crawl or use a profile, how any search engine, AI system, investor, media organization, partner, customer, or other third party interprets or uses information published on Farosio, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, data, traffic, ranking, revenue, investment, media, partnership, or business losses arising from use of the service.

Farosio's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Farosio in the twelve months preceding the claim. As Farosio is currently a free service, this amount is zero.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Farosio harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, the inaccuracy of information you submitted, your infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights, or your violation of applicable law in connection with your use of Farosio.

Third-party services

Farosio may interact with third-party services including search engines, AI systems, and structured data directories. Farosio has no control over those services and is not responsible for their behavior. Links to external tools on the Farosio platform are provided for convenience. Farosio does not operate those tools and is not responsible for their results.

Changes to these terms

Farosio may update these terms from time to time. When terms change materially, registered users will be notified by email and the date above will be updated. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept revised terms, you may delete your account before the effective date of the changes.

Termination

You may delete your account from the dashboard deletion page, or request deletion through Farosio's privacy request process. Farosio may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if you violate these terms. In cases of serious or repeated violations, Farosio may do so without prior notice. Upon deletion or termination, your profile is removed from public view on Farosio, subject to the third-party caching and limited retention described above and in the Privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Farosio will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City, Mexico. If you are located outside Mexico, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use of the platform.
